What were you doing before the course?
Youth worker and administration.

What motivated you to do this course now?
Needed a change and had been thinking about doing the course for a couple of years.

Have you had any previous graphic design experience?
I'd encountered the Adobe programmes before but only at a basic level, all self-taught. I have a much better grasp of the programmes now, a better understanding of design theory and the reasoning behind design and production.

What do you like about the course?
The fact that it's intensive means that you pick things up really quickly in the software. Because you are doing practical exercises and briefs fairly regularly, you constantly implement and cement the skills and knowledge you have picked up.
