What is your current job?
Junior Art Director.

What sort of work are you doing?
I work in a small advertising company. Our main jobs are catalogue work and point of sale. We also do things like brochures, TV & radio commercials & packaging. My role varies from designing catalogues & POS / Packaging, to directing photo shoots & TV Commercials. I also do freelance jobs which are a lot more creative.

What sort of deadlines do you work to?
Anything from a couple of weeks, to overnight.

What do you love about Graphic Design?
I like the challenge of being able to try to create something from a client's idea. Trying to see what they are explaining.

What do you find inspiring?
Everything. I love looking at the other people's work and the way in which it has been created. Everything around me in day-to-day life.

How has Shillington helped you gain employment?
They have given me the skills to be confident with design principals and program knowledge. Great course!
