Alex was one of 85 applicants from whom we selected about 20 interviewees. The role was a difficult one to fulfill because of the diverse range of skills required to operate smoothly within what can be a fairly complex and highly charged environment. Alex was chosen because he had the appropriate balance of skills for this position and the maturity to deal with the responsibility of clients and deadlines.
