I've found Shillington students to have drive and the desire to do well. They also don't have a sense of entitlement that I've sometimes seen in students from other institutions. It's really important to keep grounded and to keep learning and pushing ideas. Those who have been offered internships and freelance positions know how to go above and beyond. I know how intensive the Shillington full-time course can be so for students to work on an additional brief (which they're required to in order to apply for the internship) shows they've got the right attitude from the outset. Caleb and Eli were two Shillington grads who recently worked with us. Both were friendly, willing to take feedback and are able to get on with the job at hand.
